Throttle-return valve WRFU 90 with internal thread 1"BSP Waryński. The purpose of throttle-return valves is to influence the value of the working fluid stream supplied to the receiver. By regulating/changing the oil flow rate, e.g. the operating speed of hydraulic actuators or hydraulic motors is controlled, which are powered by a hydraulic pump with constant capacity. Throttling works only in one direction. In the opposite direction, a built-in check valve (opening at a pressure of 0.5 bar) allows unthrottled return flow. The repeatability of the setting can be checked on the scale located on the knob. The volume flow depends on pressure difference and hydraulic oil viscosity. They are designed in accordance with dimensional and quality requirements, which specify in detail the operating characteristics and dimensions. Thanks to their strong construction, they are suitable for use in difficult working conditions in agricultural and construction machines.
