Description
The cobalt pilot drill for metal by TEGER is an excellent drill for drilling in alloy and carbon steel with a strength of up to 900N/mm2. Made of a high-quality steel alloy enriched with cobalt (~ 6% content), which makes it extremely durable when cutting hardened steel surfaces. The drill is intended for drilling in steel, acid-resistant, stainless and heat-resistant steel, iron, cast iron, brass, nickel, wood and plastics. Thanks to the special geometry of the blade and the pilot, which allows drilling without scoring, this drill is perfect for drilling in pipes or oval shapes. Specially ground side blades allow you to cut a round hole of a specific diameter with even edges. An additional oxide coating on the surface of the chip grooves guarantees excellent removal of material
