500 series radial inserts are intended mainly for repairs truck tires with reduced side height and have a unique shape and structure:

1. Textile cord insert increasing the load-bearing surface,
2. Original steel cord used in the production of tires,
3. Three-stage stabilizing inserts protecting the ends of the steel cord made of a special fatigue-resistant rubber mixture,
4. External gas-tight coating eliminating air losses in place being repaired,
5. Active layer homogeneously connected to the repair insert,
6. A buffer layer between the cord package and the active layer made of special elastic rubber.
